Macademia biscuits 

Ingredient :

Green Horse wheat flour (All -purpose flour) 540 grams
Bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp
Butter without salt 360 grams
Refined brown sugar 180 grams
Honey 6 tbsp
Dried coconut 165 grams
Macadamia nuts (chopped) 75 grams
25 grams of coarse brown sugar
White chocolate chips 50 grams 

Method :

  1. Sift together the flour and bicarbonate of soda.
  2. Beat butter and sugar, then add honey and beat until soft and smooth.
  3. Add the dried coconut, white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts into the flour mixture. Mix until well blended and into a dough.
  4. Roll the dough into several small doughs and flatten.
  5. Roll and sprinkle fine brown sugar over the dough and arrange on a baking tray.
  6. Bake at 180 ° C for 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through. Ready to be enjoyed.
